I trained with Rachael a few years ago when I lived in the area and can honestly say that I have yet to find a trainer of her caliber since. Rachael is well educated on her profession and knew exactly what exercises I should be doing to get the results I wanted. I wanted to work on my arms, thighs, and butt and after our sessions, they had never looked so good! Aside from her excellent training, Rachael gave me advice on how I should be eating and how to kick any unhealthy lifestyle choices I had been making. While she worked me hard and didn’t let me slack off when I wanted to (thank you!!) she never made me feel embarrassed or self-conscious for my lack of endurance and poor form (which she always corrected). It felt more like working out with a friend who knew what they were doing. She’s very easy to get along with and makes your sessions fun. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to get in shape and elevate their fitness journey. Every penny spent is worth it with Rachael!
I've worked with Rachael in the past. She’s personal, very knowledgeable and knows when you need a gentle hand and a kick in the butt to get the job done. She always took time to sit down and talk about your goals and how to achieve the results you want. She not only taught me how to properly workout but to have fun while doing it too. When Rachael came to my home for my initial meeting, I was so anxious. I was inviting someone in, not only to my home but my very personal life, to help me get my life back. It is truly a vulnerable position to be in when your weight and health is out of control and you know its time to ask for help. Rachael met me with kindness and enthusiasm and relit a fire in me that was long extinguished. Rachael continually motivates me; she's available when I need a boost of confidence or if I have a question about my diet. She has taught me to listen to my body and its needs, be it in modifying a workout or how to eat cleaner and healthier. She is one of the most passionate trainers I have ever met and worked with. Rachael has changed my life in just a short time and I look forward to our growing relationship as trainer/client and as friends.
