What Do We Cover in Your In-Home Workout?

Before your first appointment, Rachael will ask you to complete an activity questionnaire. In this survey, it will ask you about your workout and eating habits, your fitness goals, limitations, and other overall health-related questions. This gives her a better idea of how to tailor your personalized workout and nutritional plan. We’ll also conduct a fitness level assessment to see where you’re currently at. Other topics that are covered are achieving your goal heart rate, body fat percentage, and taking body measurements to chart your improvement. Finally, Rachael will craft a personalized healthy eating guide for you! By now, you’ve probably heard the term “abs are made in the kitchen,” and it’s absolutely true. Without proper caloric intake, your workouts won’t have the same impact on your health.
